Michele Bernardini

Michele Bernardini is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Università Politecnica delle Marche and his research mainly involves topics such as Machine Learning, Predictive Medicine, Electronic Health Records and Clinical Decision Support Systems.
In 2016, Michele received the M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering (Bioengineering curricula) from Università Politecnica delle Marche with a thesis entitled “Development of an automatic procedure to mechanically characterize soft tissue materials using visual sensors” in collaboration with Université Libre de Bruxelles.
In 2021, Michele obtained the European PhD in Computer Science (Bioengineering curricula) from Università Politecnica delle Marche with a thesis entitled “Machine Learning approaches in Predictive Medicine using Electronic Health Records data”. During his PhD, he was hosted 6 months at Université Grenoble-Alpes, Laboratoire d’Informatique de Grenoble.
